Naperville Kitchen Remodeling And Bathroom Remodeling
We moved into a typical Naperville two story home. We did not like the oak cabinets in the kitchen or bath, so we called Bradford and Kent. The reason we did this is because our neighbors had used them for their kitchen remodeling project. Our designer Laura came out to give us her ideas. She was awesome. She is actually an architect and a designer which was great because we wanted to move some walls in the kitchen. Laura gave us great suggestions on how to remodel our kitchen and bath. We decided to go with Bradford and Kent, and are happy we did. They are fantastic. We love our new kitchen and bath. We tell all our friends to use Bradford and Kent for their kitchen remodeling and bath remodeling projects.

We purchased an older home in Naperville. After being in the house for awhile, we decided that we needed a bigger kitchen and eating area which meant bumping out the back of our house. Several of our neighbors had used Bradford and Kent for their home renovations and home remodeling. We gave them a call. Jim came out and listened to our problems. He was very knowledgeable about designing home additions in Naperville because he has done a lot of them. He offered a lot of ideas that we had not even thought about doing. He also told us ways we could solve our issues that would save money. He showed us all of our home addition design options using a 3D software tool which we found helpful. With this software you can visualize what your home addition will look like. We decided to go with Bradford and Kent. We could not be happier. Our construction manager John and all of the trades were fantastic. Best of all, the home addition fit perfectly with the old house. We have received a lot of compliments from family and friends.

We went to one of Bradford and Kent’s home remodeling shows. We sat through the kitchen remodeling presentation and loved it. They told us what was trending, what to look out for and a bunch of kitchen remodeling projects they have done. We decided to have them out for a quote. Our designer Greg was fantastic. He came up with things we would not have thought of doing. He also suggested ideas to save money which we loved. Greg showed us his kitchen designs using a 3D program. It helped us visualize what our kitchen remodel would look like. Believe it or not, the actual kitchen looks almost exactly like the design Greg showed us. The trades were awesome too. Working with Jim from Bradford and Kent was a fantastic experience. First, he knows his stuff. He is an architect. Second, he is willing to listen and give his opinion. Finally, he is a perfectionist in the very best way. His work is like he was doing it for his own home. We needed a second floor addition which was a big deal for us. Our kitchen remodeling project started slowly until we found Greg at Bradford and Kent. He met with us and quickly saw the vision we were looking for. He translated those conversations into a set of kitchen drawings and we knew we had found our kitchen designer. While talking with Chris about replacing our drafty windows, he told us that this was a great opportunity to also improve our home’s curb appeal.
