Mark has an extensive background in designing, remodeling and building homes. He has had his own construction company, and worked for some of the most prestigious remodeling firms. Mark’s true love is designing additions. He enjoys the challenge of finding the most creative and economical ways to add more room for the whole family. Whether it’s bumping out a kitchen, adding a second story or creating a master suite, Mark is an expert at designing seamless additions. Mark’s ultimate goal is to find the perfect solution to his client’s problem because he enjoys the looks on their faces when they see the finished product.

From an early age Diane has had a keen interest in architecture and interior design. This led her to the Illinois Institute of Arts where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Diane’s success as a designer is the result of her ability to truly listen to her client’s needs and vision. Diane takes this vision, adds her own artistic touches, and creates kitchen designs that are functional and fabulous. And if you ask any of her clients, not only is Diane a talented designer, she is a true joy to have as your remodeling partner.

Andrea Shoop, CKBD

When you first meet Andrea you are struck by her enthusiasm and creativity. Her goal for each project is to maximize the functionality of the room while capturing the essence of the owner’s individual style. Andrea looks at each kitchen and bath remodeling project as puzzle in which she has to piece together the right elements. Andrea’s technical expertise in design software along with her unique ability to select the perfect combination of cabinetry, tile, fixtures, flooring and lighting produces one-of-a-kind projects that astound her clients.

Sarah is a graduate of the Harrington College of Design. When she entered the design field she was drawn to the elements that are used to make kitchens and baths pop. Whether the home is traditional, contemporary or modern farmhouse, she is able to find just the right tile, cabinetry, fixtures and flooring that will enhance your home’s design. Sarah is a delight to work with because she is knowledgeable about the products, works hard to truly understand the client’s tastes and will stay within budget. She is adept at selecting products that will bring beauty, function and style to your home.

Annie believes that your home should be a reflection of you. Clients enjoy working with Annie because of her welcoming style and vast understanding of the products. Annie graduated from Harper College with a degree in kitchen and bath design. She focused on these rooms because they are the most used in the home. She realizes that the smallest details can make a room shine. Annie loves seeing her clients’ faces when they see the finished room and it exceeds their expections.

With fifteen years experience, she understands how to combine functionality, texture and color. Bradford and Kent clients appreciate her gentle guidance and expertise. Chris worked at Bradford & Kent during his high school and college years, so he has a long term understanding of the remodeling business. Once out of college, he chose to focus his career on exterior design because he loves seeing the tremendous difference new windows, siding and doors can make on the overall appearance of a home. He treats every client’s home like it is his own which means he diligently selects the best products and makes certain they are installed properly. His goal is to have 100% client satisfaction.
